Everyone's Exciting Battle

Series: Black & White Series

Release date: November 16, 2012

Cards: 47 (6 secret)

Set code: WAK

Twelve rule cards are what make this box unlike anything else Japan printed in the era. Each shows a Unova Gym Leader, Champion or rival and changes one rule for the match, drawn at random before play begins. Alder stops your Pokémon attacking if you laugh during your turn, Brycen makes you hold a pose while your opponent plays, and Clay gives you ten seconds a turn while they count. The eight decks share one numbering and one set symbol, and between them they cover every type except Colorless and Dragon. Each player builds a thirty card deck by picking two of the eight, so the same box gives a different match every time. The holofoils use the star pattern that first appeared on the Victini theme deck, and the collection also supplies counters, playmats and coins. Everyone's Exciting Battle (WAK) was released on November 16, 2012 in the Black & White series, with 47 cards plus 6 secret rares. Its most expensive card is Aggron #38, at $117.19 (median of 3 sales over 90 days, October 2, 2026).
