folio.fyi is an independent website, made in Paris by a collector. It sells nothing: no listings, no commission on sales, no affiliate links, no sponsored figures, so no price on it depends on what anyone would earn from it.

Yes. Prices, sets and population reports are free to read without an account, and a free account tracks a collection within limits. Premium, at €4.99 a month or €39.99 a year, lifts them.
Where do folio.fyi's prices come from?
From the medians of real completed sales, separately for each language and printing. Cards that sell for very little show Cardmarket's monthly trend instead.

How often are the prices updated?
The most traded cards are recalculated almost every day, rarer cards as their sales come in, and population reports every month. Every price shows the date it was computed.
