Sword & Shield Family Pokémon Card Game

Series: Sword & Shield Series

Release date: July 9, 2021

Cards: 53

Set code: SH

Three sixty card decks share one box here, led by Cinderace V, Pikachu V and Tyranitar V, and each deck covers two Energy types. The six Pokémon V across the three are Appletun, Cinderace, Greninja, Pikachu, Lucario and Tyranitar. All three decks run on one numbering and one set symbol, and a coloured silhouette of the deck's lead Pokémon is printed on every card to show where it belongs. Some of those silhouettes carry a teaching number, on seventeen cards of the Cinderace deck and nineteen of the Pikachu deck, because the printed guide asks a beginner to stack the deck in that order rather than shuffle it. Trainer and Energy card headers are set in Japanese instead of the English used on ordinary Japanese cards. A smaller two deck version called Anytime, Anywhere came out the same day, and the Pokémon V inside it are not holofoil. Sword & Shield Family Pokémon Card Game (SH) was released on July 9, 2021 in the Sword & Shield series, with 53 cards. Its most expensive card is Snorlax #38, at $6.93 (median of 5 sales over 90 days, October 1, 2026).
