Double Crisis

Series: XY

Release date: March 25, 2015

Cards: 34

Set code: DC1

Team Aqua and Team Magma own the Pokémon in this small release, a naming convention the game had used once before and not since 2004. The list is a mirror of itself: each team gets an Admin and a Grunt as Supporters, its own Great Ball, its own Secret Base Stadium and its own two-Energy Special Energy card, while Poochyena and Mightyena are printed once for each side. The design carries the rivalry as well, with the team logo on the attack box and a grunt's face beside the Pokédex entry. Thirty four cards make up the whole thing and only two are Pokémon-EX, one per team, both drawn by nagimiso. Shelly fronts one booster wrapper and Courtney the other. Japan had the release in January 2015, two months ahead of English. Double Crisis (DC1) was released on March 25, 2015 in the XY series, with 34 cards. Its most expensive card is Team Aqua's Kyogre EX #6 (Rare Holo EX), at $393.31 (median of 11 sales over 30 days, October 2, 2026).
