About this card
The poncho is a Shiny Rayquaza, black instead of green, with yellow eyes and yellow rings down the coil, and the same rings drift loose across the striped backdrop. Outrage carries a question mark here because Pikachu cannot learn the move and Rayquaza can. Pika Punch, the opener it shares with the two Charizard ponchos, goes back to a Pikachu printed in Stormfront.
