About this card
The costume is a whole Magikarp head: two white eyes with pinprick pupils, a golden crest, barbels hanging at either side, and Pikachu's own ears pushing up through the hood so that they read as red fins. Try Bouncing deals ten damage on heads and nothing on tails, and its Japanese name is Magikarp's Splash with a 'try' put on the end. The box that carried it, alongside its Gyarados twin, went on sale on 26 June 2015 for the opening of Pokémon Center Hiroshima.
