About this card
The Pokédex box carries no Pokédex entry: in its place Pikachu thanks everyone for twenty years and asks them to stay around. Celebration Party! asks both players to clap their hands, and only then does each of them draw a card. Naoki Saito rings Pikachu with the three Kanto starters, Squirtle at the left, Charmander above, Bulbasaur below, under a gold anniversary medal and a fall of confetti. Copies went to the people who turned up at the 20th Anniversary Festa in Niigata on 10 October 2016 and in Nagoya on the 23rd.
