Space-Time Creation

Series: Diamond & Pearl

Release date: November 30, 2006

Cards: 122

Set code: DP1

Japan received this expansion as two boosters put on sale the same day, Diamond Collection and Pearl Collection, which share most of one list. Three cards appear only in the first and five only in the second, Dialga and Palkia among them, so a complete run needs both packs. Pokémon LV.X arrive here, laid on top of a Pokémon already in play so that it keeps what is printed below and gains what is printed above. Poison Pokémon moved from Grass to Psychic with this set, and Darkness and Metal each gained a basic Energy card exempt from the four-per-deck limit. Japanese cards went back to carrying no set number in this era and print a DPBP figure instead, which orders Pokémon by a Diamond and Pearl battle Pokédex and says nothing about where a card sits in the set. Torterra, Infernape and Empoleon each close their line with an LV.X, and the two packs were sold five days early at a Diamond and Pearl Battle Festa before reaching shops. Space-Time Creation (DP1) was released on November 30, 2006 in the Diamond & Pearl series, with 122 cards. Its most expensive card is Gengar DPBP#102 (Rare), at $40.96 (median of 8 sales over 90 days, September 30, 2026).
