Where Battle Partners tied each Pokémon to one named trainer, this expansion pools them, since every card whose name begins with Team Rocket's counts as the same group no matter who is drawn in the corner. That corner rewards attention, because the grunt or the leader shown there changes from card to card while the rule stays put. Giovanni and Mewtwo hold the wrapper, and the sleeves and deck boxes released beside the set follow the organisation rather than any one character.
