About this card
A Team Rocket grunt stands with his back to us in the wreckage while Moltres tears open the whole upper half of the card, AKIRA EGAWA keeping the human small and the fire enormous. The rarity is printed on the card itself, SAR beside 124/098, so both the class and the secret slot read straight off the artwork. Evil Burn discards one Team Rocket Energy from this Pokémon, then discards the opponent's Active Pokémon outright along with every card attached to it. It carries no damage number at all, which makes it removal rather than an attack in the usual sense.
