Raging Surf

Series: Scarlet & Violet Series

Release date: September 22, 2023

Cards: 62 (30 secret)

Set code: SV3a

Technical Machines return in this pack after an absence running back to the Diamond and Pearl era, printed now as Pokémon Tools that a Pokémon attaches and then attacks with, Turbo Energize and Blindside being the two. It was built for sealed play, where everyone opens the same product and makes a deck out of what falls out, so plain staples like Switch and Rare Candy were reprinted inside to make that workable. Froslass, Garchomp, Tapu Koko, Hoopa, Gholdengo and Bombirdier are the six Pokémon ex, Garchomp taking the Water Tera slot. Larry, Shauntal and Rika are the Supporters beside the Parasol Lady, Beach Court is the only Stadium, and Medical Energy joins a second printing of Reversal Energy. Raging Surf (SV3a) was released on September 22, 2023 in the Scarlet & Violet series, with 62 cards plus 30 secret rares. Its most expensive card is Parasol Lady #89 (Special Art Rare), at $38.54 (median of 12 sales over 90 days, October 1, 2026). A sealed booster box sells for $96.53 (median of 13 sales over 30 days, September 27, 2026).
