About this card
Team Rocket printed this Persian with art by Shin-ichi Yoshida, while the promo carries a different drawing by Ken Sugimori, the cat seated square to the viewer with its whiskers running past the frame. The first attack changed name as well, Fascinate in the expansion and Tempt here, reworded so the coin flip only happens when the opponent has a bench. It came as an insert in the August 2000 Nintendo Power, and Bulbapedia records copies of this print that left the presses with no HP printed at all.
