About this card
The card name opens on a ruled blank line for the owner to write in, and a Your Birthdate field takes the place of the Pokedex entry. It came by post to people who joined the League Create-a-Card campaign of early 2001, having filled in a blank card template with an illustration of their own and mailed it in. The card was then banned in Unlimited as well as Modified, since nothing stopped a player from claiming a birthday to unlock the bonus damage.
