About this card
A sun flares behind a red framed Ferris wheel and balloons drift up past office blocks, with the crowd of Pikachu filling the whole foreground. Kouki Saitou made three pictures for the same week, each putting a different corner of Yokohama's Minato Mirai behind the crowd, and this is the one that carries the event badge on the right instead of the left. A thousand Pikachu paraded through that district over nine days in August 2014, and the attack Outbreak!? flips three coins to pull one out of the deck for each head.
