About this card
One Pikachu in a pale green hat and another in a cherry pink kimono serve tea to each other, with other Pokémon joining in. Pokémon Center Kyoto reopened inside the Kyoto Economy Center on 16 March 2019, and the Petal Dance campaign marking it ran until 7 April. No pack count applied: any purchase at a Pokémon Center anywhere in Japan, or on Pokémon Center Online, was enough for a card. Its attack has both players draw two cards each, and that refusal to keep everything matches what the picture shows.
