About this card
The black suit with a gold R on the chest puts the outfit of Giovanni, Team Rocket's boss, onto Pikachu. The organisation's mark is laid out large on the floor at his feet and repeats in the foil behind him. Shihai suru?, roughly to dominate, drags one of the opponent's Benched Pokémon into the Active spot, so the boss's habit of naming his target becomes the attack itself. It went out in the Team Rainbow Rocket's Ambition campaign from 20 January 2018, where five booster packs bought you your pick of seven designs.
