About this card
Of the five Munch collaboration cards, this is the only one that never reached a shop counter. It went to people who viewed the exhibition at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum during Pokémon Week, 10 to 16 December 2018, one card per person. The centrepiece of that venue was the first Japanese showing of the tempera and oil Scream held by the Munch Museum in Oslo. Even the thickness of the paint and the run of the brush follow the original, leaving the red cheek circles as the only Pikachu marker left.
