About this card
Kouki Saitou draws Pikachu full art here, planted in the middle of the frame with lightning shards flying off it, while Tapu Lele winks in over one shoulder and a Buzzwole looms in over the other. The card never went through a shop: it was one of two full art promos in the Limited Collection Master Battle Set, which had to be reserved in August 2019 and only reached buyers in early December. The plain version of the same Pikachu had turned up the previous year in a Toys "R" Us starter set.
