About this card
The hat is the one from the Ruby and Sapphire series, black crown, red brim, half a Poké Ball in green, and Pikachu twists mid-turn against an amber field. Its first attack is Iron Tail, the move Ash's Pikachu wrestled with and finally mastered during that same series, in a Hoenn gym against Roxanne's Nosepass. The credit line reads 2017 Pikachu Project, which is the production committee behind that year's animated film rather than an illustrator.
