Supreme Victors

Series: Platinum

Release date: August 19, 2009

Cards: 147 (6 secret)

Set code: PL3

Two new classes of Pokémon SP open here, Pokémon C for Cynthia's team and Pokémon FB for the Sinnoh Frontier Brains, each card showing its owner in the corner of the artwork window. Both come out of Pokémon Platinum, and its Battle Frontier also named the Japanese release, Beat of the Frontier, which had run five months earlier. All seven LV.X cards are Pokémon SP, with no ordinary Level-Up card among them. Three secret slots past the printed total hold Articuno, Moltres and Zapdos, retro reprints of Toshinao Aoki's Japanese promo artwork from 1999 whose three pictures line up edge to edge into one. Three further cards sit outside the numbering altogether, shiny Milotic, Relicanth and Yanma lettered SH7 to SH9 with no denominator, continuing a run that had started in Stormfront. At 153 cards it is the largest of the four Platinum expansions. Supreme Victors (PL3) was released on August 19, 2009 in the Platinum series, with 147 cards plus 6 secret rares. Its most expensive card is Rayquaza C LV.X #146 (Rare Holo LV.X), at $210.55 (median of 7 sales over 30 days, October 1, 2026).
