About this card
sui paints Mew mid-drift through a pastel wash of sky and water, and the promo lays a field of tiny printed stars over the whole card, a foil treatment the expansion print does not carry. Its attack, Psypower, takes its Japanese name from a field move in the Pokémon Ranger games rather than from anything in the main series. The card sat inside the Tag Team GX Deluxe Starter Set, a boxed set for beginners rather than a giveaway.
