About this card
Retro Energy, from the same set, devolves one of your own Pokémon, but you cannot evolve again on the turn you devolve. Flame Vapor only works when you evolve in the Active spot, so the two cards never meshed. Dragon's Vengeance climbs to 100 damage once seven or more damage counters are on Gyarados. Seen head on, the window is filled by an open mouth, and the red inside it is the strongest color on the card.
