About this card
A fanged head fills the whole window, and behind it blue green and red bleed into each other. The Poké-POWER Flame Vapor fires once, at the moment you play the card from your hand to evolve, and two coin flips decide how much Energy comes off the opponent's Active Pokémon. Dragon's Vengeance only jumps in power once seven damage counters sit on Gyarados, so this 90 HP card does its real work with 20 HP left. It is a holo from the last set of the e-Card era, and it trades at a high level.
