About this card
Inside a purple frame the background alone spins green, and a gold body in purple armor holds up two spoons. Gold Star marks the shiny form with a gold star, every one was made as a Basic Pokémon, and the card states that a deck may hold only one. Alakazam is a Stage 2 by species, so this version can be put into play from the start. It trades high, but no print numbers and no pull rates were ever published, so there is nothing to compare the rarity of one Gold Star against another.
