About this card
Numb does thirty damage every time, and it paralyses on top of that, but only if this Pikachu evolved from a Pichu during the same turn. Harada catches it mid jump with both arms up, on a green and blue ground that the cosmos foil breaks into coloured dots. Japanese players earned the card by finishing the Platinum Quiz Rally, run in shops and Pokemon Centers over a fortnight in August 2008.
