Dark Charizard

About this card

Charizard is turned away from the reader, its head swung back over the shoulder, so a narrowed eye is the only thing looking out of the card. The tail flame at the top left is the sole light source, and it leaves the wing and the sky behind it almost black. Base Set gave Charizard 120 HP, and the Dark version comes down to 80, which is the trade these cards make across the set. Japan later reprinted it in Pokémon Web in the e-Card layout, and that print drops the Dark styling from the frame.
