About this card
A line printed above the name caps a deck at one Shining Celebi. The Light and Dark cards in the same set work the opposite way, since the prefix counts as part of the name and lets a player run four of them next to four of the plain version. Yoshida sets Celebi in a swirl of magenta streaks that reads as a time vortex, which suits the species the card files as the Timetravel Pokémon. Neo Destiny closed the English 1st Edition practice, and this is one of the marked copies.
