About this card
Radiant Eevee is the shiny colouring made official, the coat coming out silver grey with a cream ruff where it would normally be brown. Sanosuke Sakuma sets it on wide diagonal bands of rainbow with cut gems floating loose around it, and the rule line under the picture holds a deck to a single Radiant Pokemon card. Twinkle Gathering then pulls as many cards out of the deck as there are different types among your own Pokemon in play, so a mixed bench is what makes it pay.
