About this card
Bad News is a discard attack with no damage figure at all: if the opponent holds six cards or more, you pick from their hand without looking until five are left, and the cards you picked go to the discard pile. Its Japanese name, wazawai, means disaster, which is also Absol's own Pokedex category. Prize Count then does 20, plus 20 more for as long as you are still ahead on prizes.
