About this card

Heavy Impact is paid for with Fighting Energy on a card that is Darkness and Metal, while Energy Link pulls any Energy back out of the discard pile. Koizumi's only other card in this Japanese expansion is Dark Crobat, also a Dark Pokémon. Steelix evolves from a plain Onix here, not from a Dark form.
