About this card
The name is a ruled blank, and a line of small print above it tells the owner to write their own name in. Himeno drew Pikachu behind a lit cake and a wrapped present, and the bonus damage lands only if the day is the card owner's birthday and the coin comes up heads. That is what the box at bottom right is for, taking a trainer name and a date of birth where the flavor text usually sits. The original was included in copies of the All Card Calendar of November 5, 1998, put out for the card game's second anniversary, and the 2021 replica keeps the blank, adding confetti holofoil and Full Art style etching.
