About this card
Snivy, Pikachu and Victini were the first mascots of the Pokémon Center that opened in Tōhoku on 4 December 2011, in a region still recovering from the March earthquake. Kouki Saitou puts a held item on each of them, a Muscle Band knotted round Snivy's head, an Effort Ribbon pinned to Pikachu's chest, a Soothe Bell at Victini's neck. Confetti drifts across the meadow behind them and the store logo is stamped into the corner of the window, with the same three faces looking over it. Any Pokémon Center purchase in the week of the opening earned a copy.
