About this card
Nothing else in this Johto set belongs to Team Rocket: the pre-evolution named in its box, Rocket's Meowth, is missing, and so is every Pokémon that Night Cry can go looking for. Its frame carries the dressing of the earlier Rocket expansion instead, spikes around the artwork window and the red R at the corner of the attack box. It was the box topper, one copy per sealed booster box, and Japan had already handed it out as a promo at hobby fair events in early 2005.
