About this card
Masakazu Fukuda drew every Gold Star card the TCG ever printed, and this one uses the subtype's defining layout, with Umbreon's head and one paw crossing outside the gold artwork window rather than staying inside it. The art uses the Shiny palette, so the rings run blue instead of yellow. In Japan the card could not be bought at all: the Pokémon Card Game Players Club sent it out to members whose lifetime EXP score reached 70,000, the highest of the five Eeveelution tiers, with the standing checked four times a year. The English version only appeared in 2007 through POP Series 5, the last EX era set in the Organized Play program.
