About this card
The illustration window is packed with overlapping zigzag bolts in black and pale gold, Pikachu crouched at the centre and its tail swung up across the left half of the frame. It shipped inside the EX Series Collector's Tin in November 2003, the first collector's tin the game produced and the pattern every tin since has followed. The same promo number came back in 2006 on a visibly different card, non holofoil and laid out on the newer template with a Pokémon 10th Anniversary stamp, given away at Journey Across America tour stops.
