About this card
Mitsuhiro Arita catches Houndoom mid howl, head thrown back on bare rock under a pale disc of light. Arita has drawn for this game since its first set and is entirely self-taught. Houndoom took a foil slot in two consecutive sets and the two went to different hands, Shin-ichi Yoshida having drawn it crouching in the dark for Neo Discovery. Dark Flame is the strange one: it costs a single Fire Energy, discards it, then fishes a Darkness Energy back out of the discard pile.
