About this card
Both attacks are aimed at evolution: Prehistoric Water needs a heads to shuffle the top Evolution card off one of your opponent's Pokémon back into their deck, and Dark Tentacle stops the Defending Pokémon evolving for a turn. Komiya paints in flat brushed colour, the tentacles fanned into a five pointed star across the whole frame and the mouth left as a solid patch of violet. A small moon sits on the horizon behind them with its light broken into dashes on the water.

Attacks
If your opponent has any evolved Pokémon in play, choose 1 of them and flip a coin. If heads, your opponent takes the highest Stage Evolution card on that Pokémon and shuffles it into his or her deck.
During your opponent's next turn, the Defending Pokémon can't evolve except from effects of attacks or Pokémon Powers. (Benching that Pokémon ends this effect.)
