About this card
Lugia rears with its beak wide open and its wings thrown back, silver above and blue below, on a ground pale enough that the bird nearly dissolves into it. The card came out of Super-Burst Impact, the Japanese expansion this one was built on, and PLANETA Igarashi signed its plain version, its full art and its rainbow alike. Pelagic Blade hits for 170 and then shuts itself off for a turn, which is the price of the biggest damage figure printed on the card.
