About this card
Block Dust shuts the opponent out of every Trainer card except Supporters for as long as Vileplume ex stays Active, which is a broad lock to hand a single Pokemon. Special Formula lands a Special Condition whichever way the coin falls, Asleep and Poisoned on heads, Confused on tails. Ueda works bright here rather than dark, filling the window with the red cap and its white spots and pushing the blue body into the corner.
