Why does the Fossil Ditto card have no attacks?
Its Transform Pokémon Power makes it a copy of the Defending Pokémon while it is Active, taking on that Pokémon's type, Hit Points, Weakness and the rest, so it uses the copied Pokémon's attacks instead of carrying any of its own. It was the first Pokémon card printed without attacks of its own.
