About this card
Kagemaru Himeno reverses the billing: Braixen holds the front of the card at full height, whipping its stick through a spiral of gold fire, while Charizard is small and set back at the top left with its jaws open. The whole surface is flame, orange running into magenta and violet, dusted with white sparkles that sit on the paint rather than in it. Himeno has been drawing for this card game since its first years, and this is the painted half of a pair whose other secret was rendered in a studio.
