Eternal Birth

Series: Scarlet & Violet

Release date: January 17, 2025

Cards: 127 (40 secret)

Set code: CSV1C

Regulation mark G covers all 167 cards in this booster, a clean break that let the Chinese line restart on Scarlet and Violet rather than carry Sword and Shield forward. Pokemon ex arrive with it, and the cards come almost entirely from the two Japanese base sets of the era and their starter decks. The packaging changed at the same moment: the large pack dropped from twenty five cards to twenty, and the foil variants of its commons, uncommons and rares gave way to two new finishes, a Poke Ball pattern and a Master Ball pattern. The twenty card pack also held a code card redeemable for items in Pokémon Unite, while the five card pack held one only about one time in five and otherwise just a leaflet about the campaign. At 127 numbered cards it is the smallest Scarlet and Violet booster the line printed, and the five that followed stayed within a few cards of it. Spidops ex, Miraidon ex, Tinkaton ex, Great Tusk ex, Koraidon ex and Iron Treads ex fill the Special Art Rare run, with Giovanni's Charisma, Jacq, Arven, Penny and Miriam behind them. Eternal Birth (CSV1C) was released on January 17, 2025 in the Scarlet & Violet series, with 127 cards plus 40 secret rares. Its most expensive card is Tinkaton ex #155 (Special Art Rare), at $34.99 (median of 7 sales over 90 days, September 30, 2026).
