Zekrom (JR Hokkaido Pokemon Survey Team 2011)

About this card

Three cards came out of the campaign and each went to a different illustrator, this one to Masakazu Fukuda after Naoki Saito's Victini and Kagemaru Himeno's Reshiram. He crowds the frame with a Braviary overhead, a Hydreigon at the upper right and a Zebstrika on the bank below, with the railway itself running behind Zekrom's foreleg. None of the three was printed at playing size, so a campaign that sent people the length of the Hokkaido network paid out in cards nobody could put in a deck.
