Victory Orb (Battle Road 2003,2004)

About this card

Japan ran its Battle Roads by season and gave a different trophy to each, a ring in spring and autumn, this orb in summer. The first line of text restricts the card to players who placed at an official tournament, which is exactly who received it, the top three of each age division at each regional conference. Takumi Akabane painted a pale orb marked with a V, floating in a black field with the energy symbols of the game drifting around it and no Pokémon anywhere. Several other venues joined the 2004 summer tour without holding an official tournament, so those stops produced no trophy.
