Tropical Wind (Challenge Road 1999)

About this card

A coin flip decides it: heads lifts two damage counters off both players' Active Pokémon, tails sends both of them to sleep. Neither outcome favours the player who used the card, which suits what the bottom border says it is, a souvenir of taking part in the Tropical Mega Battle rather than of winning it. Sumiyoshi Kizuki paints Psyduck asleep in a hammock with a red ukulele across its chest and a hibiscus tucked behind its head, a Jigglypuff dozing at the far end, coconuts overhead and a hut on stilts out on the water. Nothing in the picture is awake.
