Pikachu & Ishihara GX (Tsunekazu Ishihara birthday 2019)

About this card

TAG TEAM GX cards carry two Pokémon fighting as one, and this pairing gives Pikachu a human partner: Tsunekazu Ishihara, who runs The Pokémon Company. The picture is painted rather than rendered, loose brush marks across the whole panel, the man in a dark jacket with Pikachu leaning in at his shoulder. Three hundred hit points sit in the corner of a card that was never for sale, printed as a birthday presentation for the person it depicts. The reference wiki has no article for it at all, only one line in a list, which is unusual for anything printed this recently.
