About this card
The effect heals Lapras and nothing else, up to three damage counters lifted off that one species, because the card was bundled with the CD single Riding on Lapras in August 1999. Toshinao Aoki paints it from behind Misty, red ponytail and yellow vest filling the left of the frame, one hand laid on the muzzle of a Lapras with its eyes shut. A line of red text along the bottom edge says the card may not be used in official tournaments, so it arrived unplayable by design.
