Mio Muroi Goomy (Pokemon Art Academy Competition 2015)

About this card

The blue filling most of the frame is not the sky but its reflection in a shallow pool, sun and clouds and the far trees all held in the water, with Goomy sitting half in it on dry sand. Mio Muroi kept the horizon out of the picture altogether, so the pool reads as a hole cut through the ground. Its first attack is named after the slime and does nothing but restore ten hit points to itself.
