Mame Akimaru Pikachu (Pokemon Art Academy Competition 2015)

About this card

Mame Akimaru put Pikachu in a full pressure suit and helmet, floating on a tether above a planet's cloud tops with the edge of a solar array in the corner. The light is airbrushed rather than drawn, with white catchlights worked into the ring of the helmet. Entrants had to post their picture on Miiverse to compete, and Nintendo shut that network down in 2017, so the originals are no longer anywhere to be seen.
