About this card
Everything on this card is the number sixty. It was made for the sixtieth birthday of Tsunekazu Ishihara, who runs The Pokémon Company, and in Japan that birthday is marked by giving the celebrant a red sleeveless jacket called a chanchanko. He wears one in the portrait, his ability is named after it, and his attack deals 1060 damage after making you flip sixty coins for presents. Someone also typed him as an Ultra Beast.
